@MikeWinger one question I have is about a female pastor who preaches often in a rotation of preachers. Her husband is the head of the church and preaches (along with about 3 or 4 other male preachers who rotate in). Usually it's only 1 preacher each Sunday so when the female preacher is up there she is preaching by herself. I only ask because it's not really the team preaching you mentioned but it is similar.
