Need prayer for restoration, rescue, and freedom. I am currently in a bad legal case because my aunt filed a false report because she was upset. I'm facing years in jail for assault that never happened, and everyone knows it, as piggyback rides are not assault. Also, years for doing things, my aunt asked me to do as if i was a parent, but since I am not a parent, all these things are high crimes. Courts and my lawyer seem to not care that I was given permission (thus, not crime) but still see me doing years in prison for out after my cousin for her safety... As per other things, they are a mental health issue of thoughts, not actions, yet i am being procecuted as if i had ill intent. My mental health couldn't take the position my aunt put me in, and I eventually reached out to her for help believing God would work this out, but my aunt instead filed false charges against that I am facing years in prison for unless some miracle happens like they just let me continue counseling instead of prison; or my aunt steps up and tells them i didn't hurt or violate anyone, and that though I had some misjudgments per mental health issues this is a mental health counseling issue not a criminal matter... counseling per trauma and such is what I need and have been doing; counseling is the only thing that should've and should come of any of this... most all my family seems to have abandoned me, and I have no one save for one friend and my sister to some degree... I can't handle this per my mental state, and i need someone who cares to be here by my side helping me, but I have nobody who is willing or able... I don't have the funds to go to trial and try proving my case and I don't wat to go to prison for something I didn’t do, or something I was asked/given permission to do, or something that is a mental health issue that needs counciling not prison... I have strong thoughts of self-harm because of all this, and i don't know what to do as nobody seems to care or listen. my aunt knows what's going on is unjust but because she is upset she so far refuses to defuse the issue. I need her to tell the courts to stop all this and just let me get the VA counseling I need...... I am 40 and any time locked up is basically a life sentence; just yesterday in court, they gave me the option of a plea deal to do 8y for giving my cousin a piggyback ride after she jumped on my back begging me to carry her around... Please pray God rescues me from all this and that the courts drop everything and that instead, I get the counseling I need from the VA as I can't trust any other counseling... Pray for restoration of my life and friends and family in my life... Restoration of the years, people, finances, and other things I've lost already... Pray for my friends C and Sky as they and some members of my family are also suffering greatly (not just me, though im at the front of it) because of what my aunt and the prosecutors are doing... I am truly desperate for all prayers and truly thankful for you
