This is incredibly true particularly within my community where the women are overwhelmingly taking on the responsibility of rearing the child/children alone. Men need to take accountability for the children they sire. And the women within my community must come to grips that this group of males aren't reliable statistically and they have a tendency to abandon their children; warning.

My dad passes away when i was 13 years old and it wrecked me growing up, 39 years later i still feel the effect of an absent dad, hecwas my hero, my protector and safe place...😢

Agree. And you have company. Bill Glass, who heads Bill Glass Ministers in prisons, said this during a presentation I attended where he was the speaker, “I never met a prisoner who didn’t hate their dad.” I’ve never forgotten his statement.
Dads, to be effective, must be present, loving, caring and involved in the lives of their children.
