I’m not perfect but oh how my motivations in my life have turned around in just the past few years from seeking security through finances to seeking security through Christ. In the end I’d much rather have Christ greet me as a friend and snatch me like a thief than to say to me as a foe “I never knew you”. The more I get to know God the more I seek comfort in the security of having a foundation in Christ. Self reflection is so vital for me right now in making myself ready for Jesus.
