After many problems with my heart, the diagnosis was heart failure!! 8 months ago! My heart was working 10%, ..doctors suggested the only option was a transplant! I refused! They sent me home with good heart meds and a LifeVest! Diet, low salt intake (2000 mg per day), fruits, vegetables, proteins, fish and turkey meat! Easy walking! After 3 months, my findings were all stable, the ultrasound showed that the heart clot and blockage had disappeared! After 5 months, the cardiologist told me that my heart function, which was 10%, is now 40%! He said it is a very good sign but the heart is still weak! In ten days I will have various tests and the Dr will see if I need stents or if I should continue with the drugs
