These conversations raise a whole bunch of issues in my mind which I don’t feel qualified to address. But I want to say a little bit. If we are going to be telling stories, let’s not just stick to the 19th Century and controversial stories. What about Eric B. Hare, Ferdinand Stahl, Josephine Edwards, Lowell Howell of the Luzeiro boats, or Brad Jolly and Mongolia?

I think, we need to say to them that, isn’t it time to find out the Adventist now for once and for all.

Theaters used to be scandalous places as organs and pianos used to be deemed evil, yet we now have them in most churches. That was a viewpoint of the time and if they use a movie in a theater to share a message that makes people think about God, I see it as a tool. People need to get into the 21st century!

I don't know what's so difficult to understand about this statement of Mrs White, given under inspiration..."all theatrical performances in connection with the preaching of present truth are to be discouraged and forbidden"...and there are NUMEROUS other statements which support this one. The question really is this...ARE WE LISTENING..?
