I had just got home from grocery shopping and turned on CNN and paster Joel was talking with law enforcement. I was absolutely shattered. I'm in California and watch the 11am service later on in the day when I will not be distributed so I can sing with the choir. God bless all at lakewood and joy bring light to your lives.

There are different types of fear: rational fears that prompt us to prepare, and irrational fears that cause unnecessary stress. Rational fears involve potential dangers that are likely to occur, prompting us to take precautions. On the other hand, irrational fears are characterized by anxiety over improbable events. Fear is an emotion that presents us with choices: Fight, Flee, or Forget. Each option can be appropriate depending on the situation. Choosing to fight means standing one's ground, requiring preparation. For example, David prepared for battle through years of practice with his weapon of choice, the slingshot. He also mentally prepared himself to overcome his nerves. Fleeing is necessary in situations where seeking safety is paramount, such as when faced with a tsunami. In such cases, it's not about having blind faith; it's about using one's God-given wisdom to protect oneself and others by seeking higher ground. There are also times when it's essential to forget—to let go of constant worry and anxiety. Sustained adrenaline levels are detrimental to one's health. It's important to have faith in factors beyond our control, which can bring peace of mind and contribute to physical healing.
