So the head is Christ, understood. The elders are Shepard's and overseers, again understood.
I've seen this in various fellowships throughout New Zealand but most of these elders are woman. Most say they are looking for a covering, a minister, but fail to acknowledge an ordained minister unless they are a woman. I don't believe women should lead or be in leadership rolls in the body unless they are teaching woman but this belief is met with harsh condemnation and/or dismissal as if I'm deceived or live in the dark ages. I've been told it's 2023, so get into the 21 century.
What is right? I've asked the holy spirit to reveal the truth but theres silence.
By faith I believe that any church body must be covered/overseen/Shepard's by a male. So until my saviour and God says otherwise that's what I will stick with.
I also believe, as the word states, that in the end times the church will be infiltrated by the enemy trying to deceive and mislead the elect.
I see this leadership problem part of the enemies plan to water down and take away truth and Godly protocols to further pull down God's plan and replace it with deceit and witchcraft.
Who out there can give me their opinion about this. Do we as God's disciples need to intercede and seek the truth then preach it so the church can find repentance and revival lead by the holy spirit of God.
So what's the answer? Is it ok to have woman leading the church in the 21 century ?
