Pastor Osten, I read your marriage devotional and I have always held you and your wife as a great example, as children of God. I like when you say that you like to make your wife feel important, you know also what it is great to remember, that wives needs to feel importants when they gave their opinions and when they speak with entusiasmasm about God or about some topic etc.., not just only when you give them a compliment, but also when you listen to her, give importance to their words and in turn fill them with love, and is great to remember that the wife manifests the tenderness and love that she receives of course from her husband, not impatience, reproach and lack of interest towards the wife, When this happens, the wife becomes cold and tenderness does not emanate love from her because her source of love, who is her husband, has not abundantly filled her heart with these values, so I very much agree, Pastor Osten, God is pleased that you keep your word and treat your wife not only with the honor she deserves, but with all the emotional attention and tenderness that she needs to receive, Just like you says Pastor Osten, marriage comes first,we need to remember that she represents the other half of God's character, therefore it is an honor to know her thoroughly, just as she thinks the same as you, and I love that conclusion where we know that blessings only come from humble hearts and grateful and what more example of that gratitude to God than providing unconditional love to everyone, especially to our spouse without expecting anything in return, and that it is the basis of all blessings!!
