Rough year for JWW with Prophet of Zod and Michael Beverly’s investigations proving JWW’s timeline doesn’t line up with story. Almost like apologists covering for each other’s lies is normal. Weird.
@ProphetofZod Says:
The “nonsense” about him not being a cold case detective is the documented revelation that he was not a cold case detective when he converted to Christianity. Once this was revealed, he tried backpedaling to the claim that he did cold cases collaterally or out of personal interest before becoming a cold case detective. But it appears the first cold case he worked on was opened in 2000 (four years after his 1996 conversion), and even his linked in page has him first working cold cases in 2003 and officially being a cold case detective in 2007. The only thing he cites as a personal interest cold case is that the year before his conversion he picked up an old file his dad had worked on, read a transcript, and agreed a guy who was released probably wasn’t guilty. This does not make him any kind of “cold case detective” at that time. It appears he didn’t even get his first detective assignment until 1997 (robbery detective) and that at the time of his conversion he’d only worked in patrol and vice/narcotics. So for Frank to just dismissively shout that there’s nonsense about Wallace not being a cold case detective doesn’t sound super honest.

It's amazing how these guys from cross-examined can say so much and yet so little at the same time.

My friend once tell me, if you not experience it then you would never understand it.
@dalex60 Says:
it's been well over 2,000 years, and Christianity still can't prove their god exists or that their beliefs are correct and true above all other 3,999 brands of world religions...
@Bomtombadi1 Says:
No Frank. People aren’t saying that wasn’t a real cold case detective. What we are saying is that his conversion story is dubious, and the techniques he applies to his faith suggest he isn’t a very good cold case detective.
@oscargr_ Says:
There is a lot of nonsense going around on the internet. Yes Frank, stop publishing so much nonsense.

No, the question is why does Frank Turek YELL?

Maybe someone can take 5 minutes and make the Bible better.

A great book? Well, Frank thinks that the bible is the word of God.

All life is evidence of a Creator. It takes more faith to call it evidence for an accident.

I challenge any Christian to present one _evidentiary fact_ (stated in a complete sentence) that goes toward demonstrating this 'God' or Jesus to be realities.
@friisteching3433 Says:
How to ground the truth? Based on what the Bible says, or what we learn about objective reality?
@gi169 Says:
Thank you CE.
@Gek1177 Says:
If everyone had a high value for evidence there wouldn't be any Christians or Muslims, or Hindus or whatever. There'd probably still be deists and pantheists but all of the man made human religious traditions would be extinct.
@djarmstrong23 Says:
God be tricking is with fake experiences. Bummer.
@mattr.1887 Says:
Wow. The irony here runs deep. It is personal experience that is the foundation of Christianity. I see it proclaimed here in the comments all time: it's all about your heart. You can't use your intellect. This situation renders all evidence to a state of irrelevance. Or...maybe there is just no proof.
