You presented the evidence for God but for some reason you can't find evidence for purgatory. Come on..
You should find the evidence easily in the New Testament. How on earth you don't know that.? How have you come to that conclusion?

I am a Roman Catholic. No one with sin will enter to the heaven. Only holy soul will have such privilege. The death and resurrection of Jesus is a “gate” to salvation, not an automatic salvation. So you need to be purified in purgatory. Simple.
