I enjoy the video and God has sent Dr. Frank Turek at such a time like this. I also achieve spiritual strength and understanding also from the late Chuck Missler and Peter Ruckman. The late Chuck said that the Old Testament is the New Testament concealed while the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed. The world accept the wickedness by Hitler is murdering 6 million Jews but what the world forget is that there were also over 1 million Black people who were murdered in the Holocaust.

I am amazed to see how many people are like the guy with the moral argument question. They really do not understand that without a standard based on something above ourselves, there is no moral law, its just 8 billion people with a moral opinion that will be in conflict in varied degrees with every other person's moral opinion.....forever without any chance of resolution or universal agreement on any moral standard. By way of example lets look at murder which everyone should think is wrong and have a clear definition for, however, this is not the case. Some people will say abortion is murder and others will say it is not. Now, settle that conflict with universal agreement and THEN talk to me about establishing a universal standard for human flourishing. Its nonsense. Its easy to say we want human flourishing but it is impossible to define what the means specifically and get everyone to agree. Without a higher standard to look to, you have nothing but equal beings in disagreement. This doesn't even address the question of why human flourishing is a moral good at all. If there is no God, then there are moral goods or evils, there are only things that are useful/beneficial or harmful to the health and survival of individual creatures which humans just anther kind of creature no better or worse than anything else.

"There is no truth in anything but science." Science 1a : knowledge or a system of knowledge covering general truths or the operation of general laws especially as obtained and tested through scientific method b: such knowledge or such a system of knowledge concerned with the physical world and its phenomena : NATURAL SCIENCE 2a: a department of systematized knowledge as an object of study the science of theology b: something (such as a sport or technique) that may be studied or learned like systematized knowledge have it down to a science 3: a system or method reconciling practical ends with scientific laws cooking is both a science and an art 4 capitalized : CHRISTIAN SCIENCE 5 : the state of knowing : knowledge as distinguished from ignorance or misunderstanding Truth, depending on who you are speaking to, can have different meanings. To science, truth is what we think we know from the data we have. i.e. The Universe is 13.75 billion years old, and the Earth is 4.5 billion years old. They were not formed together in six days according to the data we have. Some will say that truth is unknowable. It was true to many people in the 1900s and earlier that blacks were not fully human. A smaller number still believe that is true today, but that is another matter. Most of us now know that what was true in the last Century is not true today, so therefore it was never true. But in 100 or 1,000 years, what will be considered true then? Many claim that their god and their believe in their god is true, but they all cannot be true. The scientific method is the best way we currently have to find the closest thing to the truth that we have. Science has no feelings to derail it from the truth.

That Mav kid at 2:06:26 has no clue how evolution works. Evolution by "survival of the fittest" means that evolution cares nothing about moral goods or virtues. Evolution only cares about spreading one's genes to the next generation, based on WHATEVER gets that job done. This means that deceit, cannibalism, thievery, murder and so on can be beneficial if it helps to pass genes on to the next generation. The other thing Mav grossly misunderstands is that the entire species does not evolve. The human race doesn't evolve, populations do. This belief in progress assumes that all human beings do or at least should strive for progress to benefit the entire human race. But this is in complete violation of natural selection. If the Nazis succeeded in WWII, that would not be a violation of evolution that would be in keeping with how natural selection operates. Mav doesn't want to accept that secular humanism is a religion stolen from Christian theology as atheist writer John Gray in his book Straw Dogs puts it. "Humanism is not science, but religion - the post-Christian faith that humans can make a world better than any in which they have so far lived. In pre-Christian Europe is was taken for granted that the future would be like the past. Knowledge and invention might advance, but ethics would remain much the same. History was a series of cycles, with no overall meaning. Against this pagan view, Christians understood history as a story of sin and redemption. Humanism is the transformation of this Christian doctrine of salvation into a project of universal human emancipation. The idea of progress is a secular version of the Christian belief in providence. That is why among the ancient pagans it was unknown." So with all due respect, Mav is fighting for a lost cause. Mav cannot fight against the "mistreatment of LGBTQIIA+ people" if he/she/they are stealing from the very worldview he/she/they (whatever pronoun Mav uses) rejects that says that all people have value. Mav's worldview that human beings have value is completely vacuous. If Mav accepts the conclusion that there is no God, then humans have absolutely no value whatsoever, so the more that this Mav kid says we make up our own value, the more we are just deluding ourselves. Secular humanism therefore becomes a form of egoism, where one denies and ignores the very logical entailments of one's own worldview in order to make that worldview conveniently work for them. I'm sorry Mav, but you're wrong. Your worldview doesn't allow for "progress" or "treating others with respect" or "fighting injustice". Those things don't exist under a naturalistic worldview.

You don't need faith to be an atheist. It's funny that theists run with that narrative to make them feel better about how useless faith is as a means to truth.

In Franks world it’s not immoral to kill, it’s only immoral to kill for fun. Let’s say you killed in self defence, but you enjoyed it, does that make the killing immoral? When the Nazi’s murdered the Jews, they did not do it for fun, they believed it was a solution to a problem. Does that make it moral. My point, if killing is objectively wrong, it does not matter whether it’s for fun or not. Biblical morality is incoherent and amounts to divine command. It is whatever God says it is.

I also see Frank is still spouting the same debunked arguments for God. What does it even mean to be outside of time? Big Bang cosmology begins with the expansion of the universe. It says nothing about what caused the singularity to expand or where it came from. How did God create the universe ? God has no coherent definition that all theists agree on . Frank proves God by presupposing God.

2:06:17 - this is what happens when you are deceived to the point where you deny yourself common sense. There is a male and there is a female. Does an intersex person have a 3rd? They bring this up but fail to realize that such people are not bringing a new type to the table, but instead show evidence of having both types. You must have 3rd type to make this claim. It would need it to be: male elements, female elements, and then X elements ( the 3rd). But there is always the 2, either only one of the two - which is the vast majority of humans, or both, which would be the intersex. Never a 3rd.

Jesus said "Go and sin no more" He also said "Be perfect like your heavenly Father is perfect. If He said it then it is possible to be perfect otherwise He would not have said it. Matthew 5:48 "Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect." Sinless perfection is required for salvation. If anyone dies in their sins without repenting of their sins they will go to hell period no ifs or buts about it. It is crystal clear you cannot enter God's kingdom even with one sin. Without holiness, no one will see God. The wage of sins is death. How come Frank cannot see that? When he always has a presentation he always says we cannot stop sinning we will always sin we cannot be perfect if we were we would not need Jesus Christ. That is a lie from the pit of hell. If you say you believe in Jesus and do not keep His commandment (works of obedience in Jesus moral law) then you are a liar and the truth is not in you. In other words, you do not love Jesus. 1 John 2:3-6 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. 1 John 1:5-7 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. In the Q and A session, Julian believed in salvation by faith alone through grace alone. Please show me where it says that in the Bible. James said faith without works is dead and not by faith only James 2:24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. James 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. The answer from Frank to Julian's question "Can we lose our salvation?" Is quite shocking for a guy like him who studied the Bible would come up with that answer. Yes Frank we can lose our salvation if you do not stay in the branch of the vine. John 15:4-8 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you[a] will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. He said that Apostle Paul was still sinning after his conversion and that is not true at all. He also said we are still sinning and it is a process that we have to go through to reach sanctification. Think about it Frank. If he was preaching to others about living righteously and him not being righteous that would make him a hypocrite. He commanded them to follow him in not being a slave to sins and to stop them. He also said he finished the course and is waiting at the end to receive a crown of glory. How can he receive it if he sins all the time? Paul was talking before the conversion that he did the thing he did not want to do. Frank is a believer in the heresy and doctrine of Calvin of Once Saved Always Saved. Do not believe him and follow his teaching. He will lead you to hell my friend. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified. Frank said we are born with a sinful nature another lie from the pit of hell. Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, And in sin my mother conceived me. Psalm 139:13-14 For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. Ecclesiastes 7:29 Truly, this only I have found: That God made man upright, But they have sought out many schemes.” Ezekiel 28:15 You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you. Matthew 18:2-6 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me. Mark 10:13-16 Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.” And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them. If a child will go to heaven certainly a baby will also, therefore, were not born with a sinful nature. Romans 9:11 for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls, Frank is a believer in the heresy and doctrine of Calvin of Once Saved Always Saved. Do not believe him and follow his teaching. He will lead you to hell my friend.

easy as four question eh? 1) Does truth exist? 2) Does God exist? 3) Are miracles possible? 4) Is the New Testament true? Frank would have to, first explicitly define his terms, because everything single one of these questions is going to rely on Frank not well defining terms and thus rendering these as malformed questions. I would specifically start with: what do you mean by "truth" and "exist" and "possible". Thinking it's pedantic to sus out these words is probably why we'd be stuck right before even loading the gate.

Yeah it's easy to come up with answers as to how the universe began if you can just define an answer into existence. Oh, the universe was created as things don't get created from nothing. Knowing that that creates a problem for a first cause the Christian will add additional adjectives to the description and then they will say well whoever created the universe must be spaceless and timeless. More convenient properties of their God! So who made this God then? Oh that is easy, he wasn't made as he is spaceless and timeless. They will repeat that to you with a straight face like it solves everything. What if we asked a 7 year old where cookies come from and they say the grocery store. But a more advanced answer they could come up with could be the Cookie Factory. The high school answer could be well we need to make the dough and the chocolotae chips. Then the college answer would be specific information on how to get the raw materials to make the dough, the details how to make the dough, then details on how to make the chocolate chips. After that we then have specific details on the procedures involved in baking a Chocolate Chip cookie - oven temperature etc. On the most important question facing mankind we need the college answer. The Christian 7 year old answer doesn't cut it. The rest of the Adults would like the college level specific detail answer. It is also acknowledged that with all of the investigation done over the last thousand years as to the orgin of the universe, we (humans) may only be at a high school level of understanding of the steps necessary to create a universe - probably not even there. We also can acknowledge that we never get to the bottom of how we came to be. The important thing is that being intellectually honest is infinitely better than making stuff up because you dont like not having an answer. 🧐
