I would like to share some verses of the Quran describing the birth of Jesus peace and blessings be upon his mother and upon him. English Translation of the Holy Quran, Chapter 19 (Mary) Verses 1-40
In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
1. Kaf, Ha, Ya, Ayn, Saad.
2. A mention of the mercy of your Lord towards His servant Zechariah.
3. When he called on his Lord, a call in seclusion.
4. He said, “My Lord, my bones have become feeble, and my hair is aflame with gray, and never, Lord, have I been disappointed in my prayer to you.
5. “And I fear for my dependents after me, and my wife is barren. So grant me, from Yourself, an heir.
6. To inherit me, and inherit from the House of Jacob, and make him, my Lord, pleasing.”
7. “O Zechariah, We give you good news of a son, whose name is John, a name We have never given before.”
8. He said, “My Lord, how can I have a son, when my wife is barren, and I have become decrepit with old age?”
9. He said, “It will be so, your Lord says, ‘it is easy for me, and I created you before, when you were nothing.’”
10. He said, “My Lord, give me a sign.” He said, “Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three nights straight.”
11. And he came out to his people, from the sanctuary, and signaled to them to praise morning and evening.
12. “O John, hold on to the Scripture firmly,” and We gave him wisdom in his youth.
13. And tenderness from Us, and innocence. He was devout.
14. And kind to his parents; and he was not a disobedient tyrant.
15. And peace be upon him the day he was born, and the day he dies, and the Day he is raised alive.
16. And mention in the Book [the story of] Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east.
17. And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Angel [i.e., Gabriel], and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man.
18. She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allah."
19. He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy [i.e., son]."
20. She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me nor am I unchaste?"
21. He said, “Thus said your Lord, ‘It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign for humanity and a mercy from Us, and it has been a matter already decreed.’”
22. So she conceived him and withdrew with him to a remote place.
23. And the pangs of childbirth drove her unto the trunk of the palm-tree. She said: “I wish I had died before this and had been all forgotten."
24. But he called her from beneath her, "Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream.
25. And shake toward you the trunk of the palm tree; it will drop upon you ripe, fresh dates.
26. So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to anyone.'"
27. Then she brought him to her people, carrying him. They said, "O Mary, you have committed something grave indeed.
28. O sister of Aaron, your father was not a man of evil, nor was your mother unchaste."
29. So she pointed to him. They said, “How can we talk to someone who is an infant in the cradle?”
30. He [Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.
31. And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving as long as I remain alive
32. And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant.
33. And peace be upon me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive."
34. This is Jesus, the son of Mary – the word of truth about which they are skeptical.
35. Never was it for Allah to have any offspring—Highly Exalted is He; whenever He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.
36. "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path."
37. But the parties differed among themselves, so woe to those who have denied from the scene of a tremendous Day.
38. How well they shall hear and see on the day they come to Us! But the unjust are today in evident misguidance.
39. And warn them, of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be concluded; and [yet], they are in [a state of] heedlessness, and they do not believe.
40. Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned.

You are loved! You are precious in God's eyes. You are His Beloved. You belong on this Earth. If you are breathing now.... God has a purpose for your life now...... There is Hope and Love, which can only be found in Jesus. God has a purpose for you now. He sees, knows, and understands the pain from your past. God doesn't see your scars from your past, whether you made mistakes or decisions where made for you. What God sees is your Beauty. He sees you as fearfully and wonderfully made. He sees His Child made out of His own image. He sees you as His Beloved, apple of His eye. If you are contemplating suicide, then please comment back. You are important! God loves you, and so do I. 2 verses for trust and do good.
1. As an alternative to worry and envy, the beautiful Psalm 37:
“1Do not fret over those who do evil;
do not envy those who do wrong.
2For they wither quickly like grass
and wilt like tender plants.
3Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
4Delight yourself in the LORD,
and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
2. When you suffer according to God’s will, as a Christian, for Christ’s sake sharing in Christ’s suffering and as an alternative to reviling or striking back in 1 Peter (the best book in the bible for suffering this way at work):
“19So then, those who suffer according to God’s will should entrust their souls to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.”
Two psalms to not “overthink” what we don’t (yet) understand
1. Psalm 131 (I have stilled and quieted my soul - we refuse to overthink when we are ‘lowly and humble in heart’)
“1My heart is not proud, O LORD,
my eyes are not haughty.
I do not aspire to great things
or matters too lofty for me.
2Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul;
like a weaned child with his mother,
like a weaned child is my soul within me.
3O Israel, put your hope in the LORD,
both now and forevermore.”
2. Psalm 46 (we stop overthinking when we know that God is God)
“1God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in times of trouble.
2Therefore we will not fear,
though the earth is transformed
and the mountains are toppled
into the depths of the seas,
3though their waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake in the surge.
Selah
4There is a river whose streams delight the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5God is within her; she will not be moved.
God will help her when morning dawns.
6Nations rage, kingdoms crumble;
the earth melts when He lifts His voice.
7The LORD of Hosts is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
Selah
8Come, see the works of the LORD,
who brings devastation upon the earth.
9He makes wars to cease throughout the earth;
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
He burns the shieldsb in the fire.
