The baptism is in Jesus name Acts 2:36-38 when you get that right and are filled with the Holy Ghost God will guide you into all truth and you you will see the Oneness of the Godhead. But the same God in the OT is the same God in the NT. Israel recognizes Him as the Saviour, they recognize Him as Lord, they recognize Him as the Holy One. We are the ones struggling with I and My Father are One. We are struggling with Thomas saying My Lord and My God. We are the ones struggling with Hear ye O Israel, the Lord our God is One Lord. We keep thinking that scripture is in representation of 3 persons when the OT clearing has God representing more than 3 persons or personages. God ca and will be whomever He wants. We are the ones that can’t understand. God in three persons make all three persons gods and that’s no different than the world’s POV, except Israel. This is why they have pause to not listen to Christians because trinity sounds like polytheistic beliefs. They can accept Melchezidec, the burning bush, the son of God, the Angel of the Lord, the still small voice, the Rose of Sharon, the lily in the Valley, etc, but NOT three gods or three gods persons… study the body of Jesus AFTER the resurrection and this is where his argument falls apart. There are no three gods or three persons… Just God manifesting Himself in multiple ways. He counsels with His own Will. In the beginning was the Word AND (meaning ALSO) the Word WAS God, AND the Word was WITH God… the same that was in the BEGINNING WITH God..
