If God was in front of me telling me what to do that would be NO PROBLEM! The truth is I’ve never heard God’s voice, was never sure God answered any question I had. I did things trusting even I choose something that was not aligned with God’s will in my live, then He would make my paths straight. It might look like a faithful action but you don’t understand the amount of times I cried not knowing why wouldn’t God speak to me like He doesn’t to other people? Is there something wrong with me ? How I’m I supposed to take any step if I don’t if it’s God’s will. I grew up in church growing up and I've been saved by Jesus before. It's been years since I've been to church but over the past few years I've been through some horrible times I lost my sweet mother to suicide and then my father from a heart attack. Then I lost 2 of my emotional support due babies after that. Then a month ago I lost my nephew to fentanyl overdose. 3 months ago I have have my mind, heart body and sole to Jesus and begged him to come into my life to save me and help me get through these troubling times. I'm having a very difficult time dealing with all this. I've been watching your you tube videos every day for the past 3 months and I was wanting to know if you could PLEASE take a moment and pray for me. I've prayed more in the last 3 months EVERY DAY MANY TIMES A DAY asking for JESUS AND THE HOLY SPIRIT AND HOLY GHOST TO PLEASE COME INTO MY LIFE AND HELP ME GET THROUGH THESE TOUGH TIMES and to fill me with the Lord's word and wisdom to help me get through these terrible times. I've even started going to Monday night men's church Bible studies and also set up church counseling which tonight is my 1st counseling services at the Faith Assembly of God. Can you please pray for me and ask the Almighty Lord above to help me and to fill me with his word and the Holy Spirit. Can you please give me some advice. I like how Martin Buber stated it: "The true meaning of love one's neighbor is not that it is a command from God which we are to fulfill, but that through it and in it we meet God." Our talents and abilities can be for our employment and our enjoyment but they are not our purpose. Meeting the needs of our neighbor is how we show our love and those needs are usually very simple, food, employment, shelter, companionship.
