I went over that agonizing mountain for 6yrs. God loved me even though i was disobedient, by going ahead to plan a wedding(I cannot even mention the many ways God tried to stop it for e.g stopping his salary and i loosing my job so we had no funds to go ahead) When i surrenderd to God and decided to leave my fiance', within 3 months i met my husband and we married 3 months later. Now, more than 7 years in marriage, i have peace. God has blessed us and when i look back to what would have been, i cringe and thank God for saving me. He and his wife have three children and none of them works.... sometimes I feel I'm over it but when I remember how he treated me.and my dead mother I get mad....when he makes demands I get mad because why should I take care of him yet he didn't.... I know the scriptures say we should forgive....why does it get harder each time I remember what life has been to me????? Now I'm married and want to focus on my child and husband but his demands keep coming...I'm I wrong if I decide to focus on my family and stop spoon feeding them with my husband's sweat???
