The way God communicated with me was through information. It freaked me out(imagine you are sitting and information starts pouring into your head and you don't know why you know the things you know but you just do) and it made me get little bit arrogant later on . I am not sure if I still have it but I was able to explain bible in very simplistic terms like a translator.(I remember some things from it but I am not sure if I am able to still do that). Long story short God let something to latch on to me and I found out that my hell fire being just a comparison theory was wrong. Hell fire is meant literally because that being was burning me. It wasn't painful but it did made me angry for no reason and gave me some interesting ideas and doubts. My dumbass assumed it was an angel(it wasn't burning me at first) and one person even told me that something similar happened to him because he was doing something wrong and my response was basically are you jealous that these things happened to me and not you? D greatness of God is God's ability to talk/respond however & whenever God wants to. God knows how to respond to each person. Nobody is more humble than the man or woman who hit rock bottom, realizes they are lost, not knowing the way out, and cries out to God. I periodically hear from God ever since. I can tell you He responds to pure motives. He responds to people seeking Him with all of their heart. Pray to hear Him and to know His voice.
