Anyone with a basic education is physics knows that there are subatomic particles pop into existence all the time without any cause. In quantum field theory, particle-antiparticle pairs continuously pop in and out of existence from vacuum. These particles have a very short lifetime, at the scale of 10^-22 seconds. In Schwinger's theory, if you apply a massive enough electrical field to a region of space that is completely empty, that space's quantum field will seize some of this electrical energy and create particle-antiparticle pairs from nothingness. Also, photons—packets of light—can pop in and out of a vacuum. Aspects of quantum theory can and have been tested in the laboratory, although much mystery remains to be discovered, still. Logic is like building a house. You'd need a foundation to build upon. And stick by stick, some sort of rules, to build up and finally the roof, the conclusions. But you still need to assume building on the ground or else, on water or on the tree or how about in space? Can you build it up? Would that change anything? What matters is the very very basic of, before the foundation. It's called a priori, that requires no explanation nor reason. Assertions or presuppositions or what ifs, then to see if it'll fit. It is same as the first uncaused cause logically. Logic is causes & effects in disguise, thus needs the first uncaused cause to start off otherwise it never start, and that's logic at its core. It's sort of turtles all the way down, it's the same in logic ... or in abstract. However, as for the turtles all the way down to support the earth, there's no need for them because it floats in an empty space. Is it? No, actually the sun and the earth free falling down to each other, and that's why there's no need for turtles. I know it don't make no sense, that's logic. In Kalam, the priori, the first uncaused cause is God. Priori that requires no explanation nor reasons, or presuppositions or what ifs. What if God by definition timeless, spaceless, omnipotent, omniscient, all good, all just, all everything. And then it'd seem logically it'll all fit, although it can not be disproven either.
