Then I was given instruction regarding the character of these amusements. They were presented to me as a species of idolatry, like the idols of the nations. There were more than visible spectators on the ground. Satan and his angels were there, making impressions upon human minds. Angels of God, who minister to those who shall be heirs of salvation, were also present, not to approve, but to disapprove." {Counsels to Parents, Teachers, and Students, p. 350} So regarding our basketball games with you: Will "satan and his angels" be “there to make impressions upon our minds"? And will "Angels of God be present to disapprove.”? If your “prophet“, “ has given you instruction regarding the character of these amusements”, that “they were a species of idolatry, like the idols of the nations.”, why would you have a basketball team and why would you invite us to do something with you that you think is evil? Also, is your devil omnipresent, because he seems to be everywhere messing with all of you at the same time. Or do you see him leaving the world theater to rejoice at children's cricket and tennis games? Do you even believe this prophet that you tell us we should accept when we come to your seminars? Here's another quote: "There are amusements, such as dancing, card playing, chess, checkers, etc., which we cannot approve, because Heaven condemns them. All such plays should be condemned by Christians," [Testimonies for the Church Vol. 1 p 514] and [the Adventist Home p.498.2] Let me ask you another question: Do you know what spiritual abuse is? That you guys would teach this to little kids and parents makes me sick. I wouldn't let this woman anywhere near my children. Ellen White's god is not my God. My Lord never said any of that stuff. I could never love or respect the god of Ellen White. She does not know my Lord Jesus or my Abba at all.
