Although it took me 47 years to forgive I worked through it to become a whole person. I have used my sufferings to become such a strong person and sympathetic and understanding towards others. I just found god recently after spending my life in limbo over religion. With parents and grandparents of different religions constantly fighting. Something amazing happened to me recently that left me feeling a better version of myself. I am still feeling overwhelmed and now trying to learn about my new faith. Forgiveness leads to peace.
