No one today receives the gift of speaking in another language today. They did at the time of Pentecost for the purpose of spreading the good news of Christ. The other thing is no one is baptized with the Holy Spirit anymore. The baptism of the Holy Spirit came for those who were baptized by the teaching of John the Baptist. They didn’t receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit until after Christ was crucified. The only way to receive the Holy Spirit is by baptism. Acts 2.
