I do not subscribe to Jehovah Witness theology and I've talked to them before and they are nasty. They don't like to be questioned or second guessed. I've seen firsthand my coworkers & myself harassed, bullied, treated horribly & human resources nor supervisors did anything about the issues. After putting up with things 3 years & having it affect my spiritual, mental & physical health so bad I got smart & resigned. I was not the problem, my coworkers were not the problem. It was leadership. Alot of nepotism & favors. Alot of turnover & people would stay 3 months to one year then quit. It's not always the employee but the employer. No matter how positive, optimistic, encouraging, faith filled you are some people, places & things will not change & you must remove yourself from it. Yes, sometimes the grass is greener on the other side! There are places that are professional, that value their employees & where inappropriate conduct is not tolerated.
