But after thinking about it, I can see that investing too much money in houses can be too lavish. I understand about having the basic needs and needing the house to be functional. I am not becoming an interior designer, as I am not going against God. But thinking that I was idolizing my house, made me think what else am I idolizing? Sports teams? Fancy clothes?
